We also advertise and take booking through AirBnB and Booking.Com, and have a presence on Google Maps, resulting in a number of last minute bookings. Of course we don't have a full time IT technician working for us (this beautiful website was home made) as such we are unable to keep an up to the minute calendar of availability on our website.

Price Promise
We do our best to ensure that no matter which platform you use to book Locarn Lodge, you pay the same price. However this is tricky as third party advertisers do make numerous additions and subtractions when it comes to their website.

How To Pay
We request payment at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The preferred method of payment is via bank transfer, this way you remain in control and know exactly where your money has gone. We can also accept debit and credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel for any reason we offer a full money back guarantee up to 7 days before your visit and a 50% refund after that. We also offer to reschedule your visit at anytime (dependant on availability), should you need to switch dates. Of course we shall ask for, or offer back, the difference in price if you switch between high and low season.

Additional Costs
The price quoted above is for bed and breakfast and the unlimited use of all our facilities. Lunch, dinner and alcoholic drinks are charged for separately. We accept debit cards and of course cash is still good!
Check in and Check out times
Basically they are flexible. We appreciate people may be travelling long distances or synchronising with ferry times etc. To that end we shall welcome you whenever you arrive and you can leave whenever suits you. Of course your room may not be quite ready and we shall ask you to vacate your room to allow us time to clean and prepare it for the next guest but you are welcome to stay with us until you need to depart.

Adults only policy
Our Lodge is designed as the perfect relaxing retreat, unfortunately it is not child friendly. To that end we restrict bookings to adults only.
Smoking
The lodge itself is a non smoking environment, with smoke detectors in all rooms. However guests are welcome to smoke in outdoor area's (except by the hot tub). Discretion and respect for other guests is obviously requested.
Food and Allergies
All our food is freshly prepared. Please inform us of any allergies prior to your arrival. We are able to cater to a vegetarian diet but not a Vegan one.
House Rules
We want all our guests to destress and relax. To that end we have no house rules. You can eat and drink whenever you want, sleep and rise at any hour. Watch a movie, play pool or listen to music at any volume you choose. Around the pool and hot tub clothing is optional. All we ask is guests, when not alone, show respect and courtesy to other guests.
